Studio Development Manager
Help launch Raleigh’s next premium wellness destination.
We’re looking for a Studio Development Manager to help bring a new premium wellness concept to life in Raleigh and build the community around it from the ground up. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who knows how to create buzz, build relationships, generate momentum, and help turn something new into something real. You’ll play a real role in shaping a wellness destination people feel excited to discover, trust, and make part of their lives.

You might come from fitness, wellness, hospitality, events, or another people-driven environment where you have learned how to create memorable experiences, build loyalty, and bring people together. What You Might Find Yourself Doing

Community Presence
- Creating community moments people remember, including local give-back events, appreciation events, and other initiatives that help the studio show up in meaningful ways
- Hosting launch events, open houses, networking nights, pop-ups, and wellness gatherings that introduce the studio to the market
- Helping create educational and experiential moments that make the brand approachable, memorable, and worth talking about
Partnership and Growth
- Building smart relationships with gyms, fitness studios, apartment communities, members’ clubs, and other local partners
- Turning local visibility into momentum through follow-up, introductions, invitation-based events, and partner-led activity
- Helping shape signature local experiences that make the brand feel social, shareable, and exciting
Launch Leadership
- Working closely with ownership on launch planning, community presence, early growth, and overall market momentum
- Helping recruit, energize, and support the team across technicians and front-of-house roles
- Coordinating the moving pieces that help the studio open strong, including setup, vendor coordination, inventory readiness, training support, and pre-opening organization
